As Founder & Lead Consultant, he leads a boutique practice in service of talented, experienced people whose gifts are going to waste — and crafts bespoke engagements that help them see exactly what they already carry, and how to build something real from it.
Clifton holds a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and brings more than thirteen years of public service experience with the State of Illinois, where he advanced from direct casework to advising on methods and procedures, and now analyzes operations at the management level. The throughline of his career has always been the same: help people, and help the systems around them, function better. Ryzewell Consulting is the natural next chapter — the work he has always done, finally given a name., "My work is to help people see what they already carry — and what theycan build from it."
